Coventry PPO Network Tier 1 (formerly known as CMR) is the primary medical care provider for the St. Louis Carpenters' Health and Welfare Trust Fund (Plan) and provides the highest level of benefits when a network provider is used. Coventry National Network Tier 2 (formerly known as First Health) is our secondary network and provides additional nationwide network coverage. Delta Dental of Missouri Reduce your out-of-pocket dental expenses through our network partnership.
Carpenters' Health and Welfare Trust Fund has partnered with Delta Dental to offer eligible Members a benefit enhancement to the Carpenters' Dental Fee Schedule. This opportunity will help reduce out-of-pocket dental expenses when a Delta Dental PPO dentist or a Deltal Dental Premier dentist is used in connection with the Carpenters' Dental Fee Schedule.
- A Delta Dental PPO dentist - offers the highest potential discounts.
- A Delta Dental Premier dentist - offers disccounts, but not as great as a Delta Dental PPO dentist.

Medco Your Prescription Drug Network Medco is the prescription drug network for the St. Louis Carpenters' Health and Welfare Trust Fund (Plan). Medco has participating retail pharmacies nationwide as well as a mail order delivery program. Medco also offers My Rx Choices, a program that allows you to compare lower-cost alternatives to the medication you take on an on-going basis. Mercy Managed Behavioral Health and MAP A valuable counseling service for the whole family.
Mercy Managed Behavioral Health (formerly St. John's Mercy Health Services) is a Member Assistance Program (MAP) and Managed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Network providing counseling, support, guidance and encouragement to the eligible members and dependents of the St. Louis Carpenters' Health and Welfare Trust Fund (Plan). Together Rx Access
The Together Rx Access is a savings card sponsored by over 15 pharmaceutical companies. This free card offers savings on over 300 common prescription medications and a wide range of generics. United Way
The community programs through the United Way and their partner agencies assist people with mortgage, rent, utilities, groceries, etc. If you need assistance call the United Way Hotline 211 and be sure to tell them you are a Union Member.
