MEMBERSHIP

Your credit union is a not-for-profit, cooperative, state- chartered, federally insured financial institution that is owned and operated by its members.

Membership in the credit union is open to all members of the Locals of the Carpenters' District Council of Greater St. Louis; to their immediate family; to anyone who works for the Carpenters' District Council; to anyone who belongs to or works for an organization that is affiliated with the District Council; to anyone who lives or works in zip code 63139.

To become a member, all you need to do is sign a membership account card, and deposit a minimum of $100.00 into your membership account (savings account).

A minimum balance of $100.00 (the par value of one ownership share) needs to be kept in the account to maintain one's membership in the credit union.

The credit union's Board of Directors consists of seven volunteer members. The Supervisory Committee and Credit Committee consist of three volunteer members each. Elections for the Board and Committees are held once a year at the annual meeting.
