The Carpenters’ Credit Union has teamed up with PHH Mortgage Services to offer members of our District Council another option for their home mortgage needs.

PHH is available to you six days a week: Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Saturdays from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (CST). PHH has over 100 mortgage products, whether for refinancing your existing mortgage or for purchasing a new home. PHH guarantees: 1) to give you a same day loan decision or pay you $250; 2) to beat any other lender’s price or pay you $500*; and, 3) to meet your agreed upon closing date or reduce your interest rate by 1/8 of 1 percent for the life of the loan.**
