widely used Collective Bargaining Agreement is the "Missouri/Illinois Independent Builders" (MIIB), and you can click on that box to download a copy.
Please note that we have additional contracts and wage rates for areas outside the Greater St. Louis region and special skill sets such as Flooring
and Overhead Door.
