- There is no cost to the CDC Member, employed by a contributing Union Contractor, who properly registers, attends and completes the course.

Although the KC and STL District Councils were merged in mid-2010, there are aspects of this merger that have not been completed. Please note that
both of these areas have Training Trust Funds still in existence. Until a single Training Trust Fund is established for this entire newly merged area,
Members remain participants of their current Training Trust Funds. To this end, Members who seek to take courses outside of their current Training
Trust Fund's purview will be issued an appropriate surcharge (above the stated list course pricing) in an attempt to avoid potential US-DOL violations.
