ATTENTION:  MEMBERS

If you have a dependent over the age of 18 (up to the age of 25), and is a full-time student, the Benefit Fund Office requires a letter from the school stating the dependent is a full-time student. Most schools require 12 credit hours to be considered full time.  The letter must be on the school’s letterhead and contain the following information: student’s name, number of credit hours enrolled, semester dates, and our member’s name and social security number for identification.
