The UBC International Training Center is continuing its very successful leadership training program in 2017. Programs are customized for superintendents and foremen and journey-level carpenters. Held at the cutting edge training center in Las Vegas, classes focus on communication skills, response to conflict, generational changes and many other aspects of jobsite leadership.
Here’s what some participants are saying:
“It was an awesome week. We learned a lot, got some great leadership skills and I can’t wait to take them back to the job.” –Stuart Sida (Local 32), Superintendent-Fenix Construction.
“We’re all used to a rigid hierarchy in construction. But this is a different approach. There were some great exercises that proved the value of collaboration.” –Stephen Pinkley (Local 2030), Construction Manager-McGowan Bros. Management
