Benefits Available for Redemption Online May 24, 12:01 amVacation Redemption is growing closer, so it's time to make sure you are prepared. Locate and know your online log in and password in advance, so that you are not held for long periods of time on the phone trying to reset your account on May 24.
Your 2018 Plan Year Vacation Benefit statements will not be available until prior to May 24.
To make sure you are ready to roll when it's time to redeem your Vacation benefits, read on for more instructions.
New Users: If you do not have a personal carpdc account, you will need to set one up on our website in order to redeem your benefits. We suggest setting up your account now, prior to the week of May 24, so you are prepared in advance of the start of Vacation Redemption. Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the carpdc.org home page, then select Register. Follow the prompts to set up your new account. Then, on May 24 (or any date to follow that you choose) you can simply log in and authorize your benefits quickly.
Returning carpdc users: If you haven’t logged into your account in awhile, please verify that you remember your username and password prior to online Redemption. We advise you to know your log in and password prior to Redemption. To retrieve a forgotten username or password, please click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the carpdc.org home page, then select Forget username/password.
All members redeeming Vacation benefits: Direct deposit is our preferred method for payment to safely get your benefits paid to you. It is recommended that you know your bank account routing number and bank account number in advance. Direct deposits will be made within 3 - 5 days from the date of redemption. If you choose the option for a paper check, please note that you must allow 10 business days from the date of issue before a check may be traced if not received.
