Redeeming Your Vacation Benefits.

Benefits Now Available for Redemption Online

Vacation Redemption began on May 24. If you haven't redeemed your benefits yet, read on for more instructions before your start the process.

New Users: If you do not have a personal carpdc account, you will need to set one up on our website in order to redeem your benefits. Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the home page, then select Register. Follow the prompts to set up your new account. Then, on May 24 (or any date to follow that you choose) you can simply log in and authorize your benefits quickly.

Returning carpdc users: If you haven’t logged into your account in awhile, please verify that you remember your username and password prior to online Redemption. We advise you to know your log in and password prior to Redemption. To retrieve a forgotten username or password, please click on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the home page, then select Forget username/password.

All members redeeming Vacation benefits: Direct deposit is our preferred method for payment to safely get your benefits paid to you. It is recommended that you know your bank account routing number and bank account number in advance. Direct deposits will be made within 3 - 5 days from the date of redemption. If you choose the option for a paper check, please note that you must allow 10 business days from the date of issue before a check may be traced if not received.
